This grass 200 000 Years of Age

 A group of grass in the Mediterranean Sea is estimated to be the oldest species in the world. The Australian scientists suspect the grass is 200,000 years old. Scientists trace DNA is a giant grass, Posidonia Oceanica, in a meadow under the sea that stretches over 2,000 miles, from Spain to Cyprus. This analysis was later published in the journal PLoS ONE, as quoted from the Telegraph
